Lowe's Grove, NC Post 416

How does payment work?  We have the ability to accept cash, check or credit cards. The rental fee will be 100% up front with the security deposit included. The venue is not considered officially booked until funds are received along with a signed contract. After the event during check-out, a check will be written to the renter for the security deposit less any assessed cleaning/damage charges.

Who is responsible for setup/teardown/cleanup?  The renter. Time to complete these tasks should be factored into determining the total time requested for the event in the contract.

What size are the available tables?  Tables are lightweight 6' rectangular tables.

Are any TVs/projectors/music broadcast available for use? No. The only media support offered is a wireless announcing microphone system for the main room. (2) AAA batteries need to be provided by renter.

Can I attach anything to the walls? 3M command strips (only) are acceptable. No tape, staples, tacks, etc. are allowed.

Can I serve alcohol?  No. Lowe's Grove, NC American Legion Post 416 does not permit alcoholic beverages on the premises.

Do you furnish any supplies? No. Items such as plates, cups, table covers, drinks, ice, etc... should be provided by the renter.

Is the building mobility accessible? Yes, the facility is in compliance with Federal accessibility requirements.

Is smoking allowed? Smoking is not allowed inside; however, we have an outdoor covered pavilion on the edge of our parking lot where smoking is permitted.
